"What is LPH?"
LPHG stands for Learner Professional Hunter & Guide. It is a certified training program designed to equip aspiring guides and hunters with the skills, knowledge, and qualifications required to operate professionally within the tourism and wildlife industry.
The course prepares students for licensing examinations and covers key areas such as wildlife identification, tracking, firearms and ballistics, guiding, first aid, and conservation ethics. Graduates of the LPH program are eligible to work as Learner Professional Hunter, Safari Guide, Museum curators, Camp managers, overlander guides or Tour Leaders in both local and international safari operations.
